New Members first 14 Days

So you have signed up and are now ready to start the journey to the best shape of your life! Now we need to keep you on track. Below are the three most important check points in your first 14 days at Fit Results:

  • Your first day is here! You have come into your scheduled orientation workout! Today is when we learn what the best path is for you to succeed!

  • You have completed your first workout a few days ago! You may be sore and thinking about what is the next step is
    You should now:

    • Schedule for a personalized stretching Program
    • Started your own workout journal
    • Look at the Class Schedule
    • or Contact us about a workout
  • Congrats! You are past the first TWO weeks of your training!
    You have now should have completed the following:

    • Six workouts complete
    • A personalized stretching routine
    • A workout journal
    • A consistent workout routine
